The ‘Electric Blue’, low resistance IBAR is designed for rehabilitation and recovery of the wrist and forearm following injury. It allows users to regain mobility in the wrist and strengthen the forearm muscles after dystrophy or immobilisation. We recommend use of the low resistance IBAR as part of a prescribed rehabilitation programme with a physiotherapist.

The Gold Bar low/medium-resistance IBAR is the newest in our range and is perfect for beginners or those progressing from the 'Electric Blue' IBAR as part of a physiotherapy rehabilitation programme. It may also be used in conjunction with the 'Electric Blue' model to help vary resistance across a range of exercises.

The high/medium-resistance IBAR is available in ‘Graphite Grey’ and offers as an initial resistance level for strength training performers. It can effectively compliment a strength training programme by engaging crucial flexor, extensor and abductor muscles within the forearm, which are key contributors to upper-body weight training.

The ‘Iron Black’ IBAR offers the highest level of resistance in the IBAR range. It is suitable for experienced sports performers or strength training athletes, as part of an upper body training routine. It is particularly beneficial to performers involved in contact sports such as rugby, American football and martial arts, as well as activities which require exceptional wrist and forearm strength, such as weightlifting and racket and bat sports
