The IBAR
The IBAR is an innovative resistance training device, designed to improve wrist, grip and forearm strength.
We supply the IBAR to individuals, physiotherapy departments, sports teams/clubs and commercial gyms. The IBAR can be ordered online using our Online Order Form. Alternatively, please contact us at info@IBARfitness.com to discuss any bulk order requirements.
We provide 4 training resistance grades to cater for various levels of ability and each IBAR order includes a User Guide, describing 9 suggested exercises, including illustrations. The User Guide can be downloaded here.
As with all exercise, we advise users of the IBAR to consult a fitness and/or medical professional before undertaking any fitness programme or exercise routine to ensure suitability and safety.
How to order
We are the sole producers and suppliers of the IBAR and we welcome new enquiries. The IBAR is available to all customers using the online order form and every order includes free delivery to UK mainland addresses. We are able to provide discounts for bulk orders to commercial customers. Please contact us for further information on pricing and lead times.

Upon order, a purchasing account with a dedicated sales agent will be set up for you, and ongoing orders can be made by phone or email in your preferred quantities.

How do we use your personal information?
By creating an account with IBAR you will be able to communicate with us to make your order(s) and request updates and information on your customised pricing and delivery schedules.

Payment and security policy
For individual sales, we process payments using Paypal or Square, as widely recognised and trusted payment processors. By placing your order with us via Paypal or Square, you should also satisfy yourself that you agree to the their terms of business. Our website uses third party software to provide our service to you. Your data may be stored through this third party data storage, databases and the general applications.
For retailers and commercial customers, an invoice will be raised for each order placed through your sales agent. Any quotes and delivery information provided to you will be valid for a period of 10 working days following the issuing of the invoice to you. Payment of the invoice amount must be made in full before the order is accepted and confirmed.
Sharing your personal information
We will never share or pass on your Personal Information to other companies or third parties (other than Google Analytics), unless in the case of a business take-over or sale. In this eventuality, you will be notified of any change of ownership.

Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Order
Orders are only accepted subject to these Conditions of Purchase and Terms of Trading. Variations of these conditions will not be accepted by us without an agreement in writing prior to the order being placed. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
2. Order Confirmation
When you submit an order using the online order form, you will receive an email confirming your order details. When you submit your order via email or phone, you will receive an invoice via email, detailing your order and payment amount due. Your order expected delivery date is confirmed upon payment of the invoice amount in full.
3. Prices & Payments
Prices quoted on the web may vary from our telesales or special offers published from time to time. We reserve the right to charge the price current at the time of despatch.
4. Ownership of Goods
Title of ownership of goods remains with Us until the goods have been paid for in full. Should customers prove unable, for whatever reason, to complete payment of goods, they hereby irrevocably authorise Us or Our agents to enter their premises for the purpose of taking possession of the goods supplied.
5. Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure that product descriptions and specifications within the Company's literature are fair and accurate. However, We reserve the right, without any prior notice to discontinue, change specifications and designs without incurring any obligations to the customer. Small marks or bubbles on the surface of the IBAR may be apparent and are an unavoidable consequence of the manufacturing process. These will not affect the functionality of the IBAR and do not constitute a defective product.
6. Guarantees
The life span of the IBAR product is subject to its use and maintenance, a manufacturer’s warranty is not given. However, We shall replace any item(s) purchased through the company where it sees fit.
7. Extent of Liability
At no time will We be liable for any costs in excess of the original purchase price of the goods.
8. Guarantees and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products their life span is subject to the use and maintenance, hence manufacturer’s warranty is not given. If an item is thought to be faulty We will inspect the product and will replace the item if found to be faulty and not misused. In all other cases acceptance of returned goods is entirely at the discretion of the Company. All postage costs must be borne by the customer whether goods are returned damaged or undamaged, unless a product was sent out in error.
9. Samples
It is not Our policy to send out free samples to customers. However, demonstrations of products may be offered subject to prior arrangement and we may send samples for publicity purposes.
10. Delivery Schedule
All goods ordered are offered strictly subject to availability. Expected lead times and delivery charges will be available upon request by the client at the time of order.
Where a request has been made for delivery on a specific date, We will do all in Our power to honour this date. However, the company will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation arising from failure to deliver on this day.
Changes
We may update our privacy policy and Terms of business from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
